We charge £20 per month for each barber location, with the first month for free.
gobookit provides a starter pack which includes a listing on the gobookit site and set of marketing materials to display to promote your barbers. We never promote one barber over another, or take payments to promote a barbers in the listings. We promote a location based service approach to customer searches.
We allow you to fully manage the payment process and hence benefit from 100% of the revenues taken. You can switch between cash, card or online all within gobookit.
We offer a data migration service for those using existing booking software to make this process seamless. We do not charge for this service.
You can see all bookings in a calendar view with ability to edit these bookings and block out holiday dates. This is all in real time, so is instantly updated with new bookings made by customers. You can also review historical bookings so trend analysis is immediately provided.
You can set booking reminders for individual customers based on their attendance frequency.
gobookit is fully self service for customers - they can easily amend and cancel their own bookings upto a time window set by yourself.
The mobile gobookit app gives full reporting on revenues per day, details of bookings made and trends in booking demand. Bespoke data can be downloaded in spreadsheet format for integration with accounting and other reporting software.
